After coming down from Inch Top, I had one last call on Inch Island, to Inch Pier. The pier is on the northern side of the island in a sheltered little cove, and it was a good spot to have my lunch after a few last photos.
The pier from the small beach.
Walking out on to the pier.
A pair of sea slaters appearing to be getting a bit frisky! These normally nocturnal creatures are a larger relative of the terrestrial woodlouse, growing up to 3cm long. In their passion, this pair had emerged in daylight on to the pier.
That was me done on Inch Island for now, but with plenty of the day left, I had time to visit a few other places.
Wonderful photos!
Thanks Jay, glad of the encouraging words.
