Custom House in Dublin – one of the landmarks I wanted to get a shot of on our visit. I got lucky with cloud blocking the direct sunlight on most of the scene, with just a little gap creating a shaft of direct illumination. I was able to wait for the drifting clouds to let the light fall in the right place.
Well captured. You certainly know how to work with light to your best advantage as a photographer.
Thanks Jessica. Bit of luck if I’m honest – it was a lovely sunny day, but that can make flat images, so I was glad to see a bit of contrast.
