Lough Ash

Across Lough Ash to Curradrolan Hill.

My last post was based on Curradrolan Hill, one of the smaller hills in the Sperrin Mountains, and one of the things that made the views from such a low vantage point so attractive, was Lough Ash lying at the bottom of the hill.  After taking the short walk to the top of Curradrolan and back down to the car, I took a few minutes to photograph the lough from the road that traverses the hill.

I then took the car down to a parking area on the shore to get a closer view.

  1. Hi I wonder if you would have any pictures of Lough Ash that include the little old bungalow and the Lough in the background?
    Thank you for your help
